You never know what kids are going to say.

Three of our grandsons, Blake, Ryan and Nathan stayed with us Friday night. They played with water guns outside shooting each other and had a blast. Then they wanted Nana to ride them on the scooter. We rode around the park where we live for about an hour, one at a time, time after time. When I finally said ok that's enough and parked the scooter they picked up the water guns and started playing again. A few minutes later they said Nana your scooter is dusty can we wash it. I said ok so they started squirting it with water guns and wiping it off with paper towels. A few minutes later, Ryan says "Hey Nana, were your pitt crew aren't we." I said yes, I guess ya'll are. We all about rolled out of your lawn chairs laughing. It was so cute. You never know what kids are going to say. Here are pics of "Nana's Pitt Crew" aren't they cute.

Fun in the Sun

We went to Henry Horton State Park swimming today. Lindsey loved the water. She had her own boat, sunglasses and hat, she was good to go. I couldn't believe how many red heads we saw today and babies everywhere. Crystal had fun to in her new bathing soup as she calls it. And if you look at the picture of Buster diving in the pool you can tell he had a big time to. Lacie and Steve and myself had fun as well.

Our First Road Trip on our Toys

Buster and I went on our first road trip with our new toys. We got his Harley out of the shop today. Our first stop was the gas station. We spent a total of $8.00, Wow what a difference from filling up our vehicles. We went riding for about an hour. We made a collection stop for Confidential Loan. Then we visited Gene & Tracey and the boys and also went to see Miss Linda, my friend from work. We haven't been home more than 30 minutes and Buster's ready to go riding again. What have I got myself into. It's great to feel young again. HA! HA!

Country Music Concert

Janie & Aaron purchased us two tickets to Country Music Concert at LP field for Mother's Day. We went Saturday night with Janie and Aaron and Aaron's mom and step-dad. We saw Alan Jackson, Trace Adkins, Kenny Rogers, Little Big Town, and several others. We also went to Buster's Favorite place to eat, Jim and Nicks. It was great. We had such a good time. Thanks again, Janie and Aaron.

Mary's New Toy

Mary's son, Gene gave his mom a new toy. We all enjoyed riding these scooters in Florida. Gene had the opportunity to purchase two of these scooters, a black one for himself and a red one he gave his mom. She's just as proud of her scooter as I am my Harley. Gene also purchased a helment for his mom and one for Crystal so they can ride when they want to. Now we can all enjoy our new toys.

Family Visits

Sunshine & Chris and family buzz thru town Friday night last week on the way to Michigan and we went out to dinner. My oh my at the babies. We had six of our nine grandchildren there and 4 of our children and families there along with Daddy Jack and Mama Sandy. We had a good time it just didn't last long.
